About Zareena Samidon

There is a version of this page that lists credentials. Years in real estate. Counties served. Transaction volume. It would all be true.

But it wouldn't tell you what you actually need to know about who you're calling.

Where This Started

Zareena Samidon is originally from Sri Lanka — and came to the United States alone. No extended family nearby. No one who had navigated American real estate before her. When her own marriage ended and a home sale became unavoidable, she went through it without a roadmap. No one to ask. No one who had been through it. Just the process, the paperwork, and the people across the table — and no way of knowing whether those people were actually on her side.

That experience didn't break her. But it changed her.

Because when you sit on that side of the table — uncertain, under pressure, watching someone else hold the keys to your next chapter — you notice things. You notice whether the person across from you is moving with urgency or moving at their own pace. You notice whether they explain things or just hand you documents. You notice, immediately, whether they see a transaction or a human being.

Zareena noticed all of it. And she remembered.

What She Built

Samidon Realty Group exists because of that experience — not despite it.

Zareena built her real estate investment business around a single commitment: being the person she needed and didn't have. Someone who shows up prepared. Who tells you the truth about your options, even when the truth is complicated. Who moves fast not because it's convenient for her, but because she understands that every day a difficult situation goes unresolved costs you something — financially, emotionally, practically.

There are no commissions charged to sellers. No fees buried in the fine print. No repairs required before we can make an offer. That's not a marketing line — it's a structural choice that reflects what she knows it feels like to be on the receiving end of costs you weren't expecting when you were already in a hard place.

What That Looks Like in Practice

Zareena has purchased homes from people navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives — and she has learned that the situation you describe on the first call is rarely the full picture.

She's worked with five heirs spread across multiple states, one of whom was incarcerated with no way to be reached by phone, and found a way to get every document signed and every party paid. She's held on to a property through a roach infestation, three professional fumigations, squatters who set the garage on fire during the deal, and a close that still happened within two weeks of the fire — because the underlying asset was real and walking away wasn't the right answer for anyone.

She knows what a seller looks like when they're holding something back — an undisclosed divorce, a mortgage that's further behind than they said, a deadline they haven't mentioned yet. She doesn't ask those questions to apply pressure. She asks them because the real situation is the only one she knows how to solve.

The sellers who leave her closing table in the best position are almost always the ones who told her everything on the first call.

Who This Is For

If you are facing foreclosure, navigating a divorce, settling an estate, dealing with a property you can't maintain from another state, or carrying a tax bill or lien that feels impossible — you are exactly who this business was built for.

Not as a category. As a person.

Zareena's DFW cash closes average 20 to 30 days. She can be faster when the situation requires it and she has. She provides a written offer within 24 to 48 hours of a walkthrough, explains exactly how she calculated it, and will tell you directly if a traditional listing is actually a better fit for your circumstances.

She has done this work in Tarrant County, Dallas County, and across the wider DFW Metroplex for years. She knows the title companies, the probate courts, the collection attorneys, and the foreclosure timelines specific to this market. That local knowledge is not incidental — it is frequently the thing that makes a tight timeline possible.

A Note on Trust

Every cash buyer says they're trustworthy. The way to evaluate that claim is not to read this page — it's to call, ask the questions you actually have, and see how they're answered.

Zareena closes through a licensed Texas title company on every transaction. Funds are wired directly to you at closing. She will show you how she calculated the offer. She will tell you if getting a second opinion makes sense. She will not rush you into a decision before you understand it.

That's the standard she holds herself to because it's the standard she wished someone had held for her.
